what is this thing called music?

[context: after hours of quiet and working on my computer, itunes suddenly attempted to attract my attention. i clicked on it to find out what was wrong, but didn't see anything. as i was about to shut the program, my eyes fell on the song honey and the moon and i decided to play it.]

in that instant that i was so keenly attentive to, life was changed. i felt that oxygen was being breathed into me even before the prelude came to an end. an overwhelming sense of peace was all that remained. bliss is the only word that comes to mind.
