photos
are finally in the process of being up. i kinda wanted the world to know, but i'm not so sure who's reading this and when. in any case, i still need to add captions (and some crucial photos from karekura), so please check there again. there is enough meat for the present.
my camera, incidentally, survived a great fall. i was in delhi, between mysore and lucknow, and putting my camera bag inside my bedroom, not realizing the bag was unzipped (this has happened enough times before but without any damages suffered). the camera fell, most thankfully (you cannot imagine how), on the lens, which cracked brutally. the glass, miraculously, remained intact.
since, the frame of the lens has been repaired (for rs. 450), the camera was not injured at all, and my 12-hour headache that started at the time of the fall is also now gone. i was in an embarrassing state, really, when this happened. in fact, i was really losing it. until i realized that there was no option but to get a new camera... no matter the cost, i couldn't be without one. that eased things a bit...
